What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance so that I might fill the hour, and you will not be charged for the session. This is necessary because a time commitment has been made for you and is held exclusively for you. If a 24-hour notice is not possible then a fee of $100 will be applied.

Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider. I do not accept insurance. You will need to check with your insurance provider to learn whether sessions are covered in part by your health insurance plan. I will be pleased to provide you with a monthly statement for you to submit to your insurance company. Please understand that your insurance is an arrangement made between your carrier and yourself, with reimbursement coming to you whenever provided by your insurer.
I would like to make you aware that insurance companies require me to provide them with a clinical diagnosis.
